Senior Audience Development and Marketing Manager
Grade 10 (£40,833 - £42,840)
Croydon Council is seeking a Senior Audience Development and Marketing Officer to build on our year as London Borough of Culture, reaching new audiences and effectively promoting the diverse cultural offer in the borough.
This new post will manage marketing and audience development for the Council’s cultural services, working across the arts, museum, libraries and archives teams to generate content, create marketing assets and maintain engagement and marketing activity through our social media and digital platforms.
We are looking for someone with experience of successfully marketing arts and/or heritage programmes and services with the skills to deliver a campaign from start to finish, including developing marketing plans, writing copy, co-ordinating print and distribution and evaluating impact and reach. Experience undertaking impactful audience development with culturally diverse communities and programmes is also key along with excellent relationship building and the ability to work effectively at pace.
You will join a friendly, dynamic team at an exciting time as we embed the learning and legacy of our year as the London Borough of Culture and develop new partnerships with the cultural and community sector and a new profile for culture in Croydon,
