Description:
Responsibilities:
- Experience control systems engineer who is responsible for coordinating the design, engineering, procurement, integration and testing of the main automation systems (DCS, ESD, FGS, MMS, 3rd Party Package systems, etc.) with Engineering contractors, selected MAC contractors and vendors,
- Engage and Liaise with base refinery on the integration scope and alignment on project scope.
- Responsible for preparation of MAC scope of work document, MAC bid package, technical bid evaluation. Experience in MAC beneficial engineering services.
- Check deliverables on MAC issued by FEED contractors and liaise with base refinery on comments and ensure proper and timely close out of comments/action items.
- Scoping of projects, including control systems deliverables
- Engage SMEs and stakeholders to properly define the full scope of MAC and ensure all requirement is included in the cost estimate.
- Lead and implement any brownfield modifications to existing MAC system and DCS system.
