We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal team member will have a strong background in automating manual processes using SharePoint, PowerAutomate, GitLab, GitLab pipelines, and scripting languages. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to our DevOps initiatives.

SKILLS

Must have

• Proven experience in developing and customizing solutions in SharePoint (incl. extensive experience with SharePoint lists: list items, fields/properties/metadata)
• Strong proficiency in Power Automate and Power Apps with a focus on workflow automation
• Experience with BI Tools (ideally PowerBI) for data analysis
• Experience with GitLab, including pipeline configuration
• Some experience with API scripts (to support automating repetitive tasks, optimizing processes and interpreting policies as code (i.e.: with PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Nice to have

• Proficient in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, JavaScript or Python, for process automation - would be a huge plus

You will have an advantage if you have solid experience analyzing and implementing Policy as Code.
