SENIOR AUTOMATION ENGINEER 1439
SimoTech are seeking to hire a Senior Automation Engineer to provide Automation expertise on a pharmaceutical project based in Cork. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or the Life Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years automation experience.
- Previous experience on a Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences site is desirable.
- Experience working on a Chemical API plant would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of DeltaV.
- Good understanding of GAMP and S88 batch standard.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configuration, and testing of DeltaV.
- Commissioning of new equipment.
- Provide production support on DeltaV issues.
- Execution of change controls.
- Provide project status updates to management.
