Senior Automation Technician (MEX)

Perform the preventive and corrective maintenance for Specialized equipment such as Wave Solder, Asphalt Potting dispensing System, PLCs, Pneumatic and Electric Dobot of an automated Production Line. Ensure the proper operation of the equipment to keep them available for the manufacturing process. Propose improvement ideas for processes and equipment, contributing to the continous improvement programs as well as with the participation in the action plan derived for the Gemba Meeting and share the preventive plan progress in a weekly basis. Plan and execute frequent machiney revisions to develop predictive maintenance supporting the Service Level for our customers and the success of our organization.

Experience and ability to manage Technicians personnel (leadership)
Proactive
Decision Making
Proficient on Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance in Wave Solder Machines and Nytrogen Process, Management of measuring instruments.
Programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Wave Solders, PVA, Routers and Programming languages (C, C++ or similar)
Knowledge of Variable speed drives for DC and AC motors, magnetic, photoelectric, capacitive and inductive sensors
Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings. Mastery of failure analysis in electrical, pneumatic and mechanical control.
