SENIOR AWS INFRA/DEVOPS SPECIALIST

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience with installation, configuration, automation and monitoring in the AWS Cloud environment
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure
- Experience in Windows Active Directory design and implementation across AWS cloud environments
- Experience with Automation tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience with designing and deploying AWS Services like Elastic Compute (EC2), Storages (S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier and AWS Storage Gateway) and RDS
- Experience with Networking(IP and VPN), firewalls and other security concepts and tools
- Experience building and deploying micro-based applications in cloud with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes
- Strong understanding of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Managing development teams to build and deploy micro services-based applications in cloud with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment tools and processes
- Active Sec+ and AWS SysOps Certifications
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AWS Certification
- Exposure to other Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Active Security Clearance

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on the system design of AWS environments
- Manage cloud implementations, upgrades, migrations, and change requests on client cloud environments
- Lead, create, implement, and assist in the development of scripts to automate everyday operations
- Monitor and maintain multiple (DevOps) environments based on client requirements
- Responsible for the configuration and setup of backups as well as setup automated AWS patching for Windows and Linux platforms
- Lead development teams to build and deploy micro services-based applications in public cloud with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment tools and processes
- Lead program optimization to work within constructs of an AWS environmentMentor and guide junior level resources on the team
