THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

To help us make sure that we are a good fit for each other, after you apply we conduct three separate interview stages. All interviews take place as Video calls (via Google Meet). A typical process takes 2-3 weeks - you can set the pace by booking all the meetings via Calendly.

• Introductory call with our CTO: you’ll get to know Christian to learn more about the role and to get a basic understanding of what you are looking for as well as some technical and soft skills. (30-60 min)
• Technical interview: a short coding challenge (1-2 hours offline) followed by a technical interview with two engineers
• Meet the team: you’ll get to meet members of the team, both engineers and other functions.

If you and our team see a great fit, we will extend you an offer and hopefully you’ll soon be part of our team! We’ll prepare some good first tasks for you so you can start shipping to production in your first week

• You’ll be working on our ImpactMonitor platform on both the web and the React Native based mobile apps
• Mentor other developers and take ownership of part of our web and mobile apps
• Collaborate with other developers, product designers and product managers to improve the product for our users
