We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join a team of talented software developers solving the challenging problems with distributed systems for NeoTelco. This engineer will work with our core development team on our distributed backend services, APIs and event-driven backend that support our product. At OXIO, you will have unique opportunities to engage directly with both modern frameworks and the telecom equipment that powers the world’s growing mobile networks.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience leading team of software engineers
  • Extensive experience setting technical direction of the project
  • In-depth familiarity with building and supporting complex distributed systems
  • Extensive experience with development of event-driven services
  • Comprehensive knowledge of designing and building large scale applications
  • Experience debugging and optimizing production service
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership collaborating with immediate team and stakeholders
