We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our Platform team. Our platform serves as the backbone of countless operations worldwide, ensuring seamless coordination and management of cargo movement from end to end. In this role, you will oversee the critical backend infrastructure that powers CW1.

• Oversee and maintain critical backend infrastructure components to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Ensure high-performance database management and Backup and Restore processes.
• Contribute to web upgrade performance enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve backend infrastructure issues.
• Utilize technologies such as C#, SQL, GoLang , and PowerShell Script for backend enhancements.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a technical excellence culture.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services.
