Public is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our 35-person development team located in Carlsbergbyen Copenhagen. In collaboration with the rest of the Copenhagen office, you will develop Public’s cutting-edge trading platform, enabling users to buy and trade stocks and options seamlessly. • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using Java Springboot.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.
• Optimize performance and scalability of our trading platform to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our software architecture and development processes.
