THE GRILL, SKYCITY’S POPULAR STEAKHOUSE, IS RETURNING, IN THE BRAND NEW HORIZON BY SKYCITY HOTEL DUE TO OPEN SOON!
The reinvigorated ‘The Grill’ will celebrate Aotearoa’s culinary treasures, sourcing locally from artisans, fishers, and farming families dedicated to quality. Diners can expect the finest quality grass-fed steaks, from 100% New Zealand owned and operated suppliers, and sustainable line-caught fish. The restaurant will be open for dinner and also offers an all-day bar and snack menu, and breakfast for hotel guests.
The main dining room seats 85 with additional courtyard, bar and loggia seating.
Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join The Grill’s newly created team as a Senior Bartender. Ideally, you’ll be someone who has at least 2x years of bartending experience and loves to show off your cocktail making skills and have an impressive wine & spirit knowledge. As a Bartender you’ll be engaging with our guests during their visit, mixing and serving drinks and making their experience a memorable one.
