Job description
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
- Configuring the Dynamics 365 Business Central system to align with the client’s business processes
- Overseeing the implementation and deployment of D.365 BC within client organisations
- Providing training sessions to end-users and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates of D.365 BC and advising clients on potential system upgrades
- Documenting all system configurations, customisations, and processes for reference and future use
- Conducting thorough testing of the system to identify and resolve any arising issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project manager
