ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Analytics, this role offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic and transactional support, leveraging data analytics to facilitate evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide functional and technical leadership in data analytics, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead strategic planning, consultancy, requirements analysis, design, and configuration of analytics platforms and technologies.
• Offer expert advice to internal stakeholders and IT leadership on emerging technologies, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of analytics platforms, ensuring compliance and reliability.
• Review and ensure operational changes meet service delivery requirements.
• Plan for availability, performance, and capacity of services to meet business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and standards, contributing to organizational capability development.
