Senior Billings/AR Specialist: Manage billing processes, collaborate with teams, ensure accuracy, & support payroll & inventory tasks.

As a Senior Billings/AR Specialist you will be a key part of the finance team of 14 individuals, working closely with a group of dedicated professionals.
In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks essential to the smooth operation of the business. This includes allocating debtor (EFT) payments, facilitating the transfer of billing information from site to company CRM, and managing the collation and processing of Purchase Orders. You will also play a crucial role in data entry of daily operational statistics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will verify the precision of new supplier information and oversee sign-off processes. Your duties will extend to collating, preparing, and sending invoices for various operations, as well as engaging with stakeholders to coordinate and resolve any disputed debtor charges. Maintenance of debtor notes in Dynamics and providing debtors management reporting to stakeholders will be integral aspects of your responsibilities.
Additionally, you will take on the responsibility of providing Payroll Support, stepping in as backup when necessary. Moreover, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting with inventory management and maintaining cost center control. This entails ensuring that purchasing officers and supply chain operations adhere to budgetary constraints, overseeing all aspects of inventory and stock control to manage quantities effectively.
