JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for our portfolio of products. The Senior Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, increasing market share, and enhancing brand equity. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, stakeholders management and a passion for consumer insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG and Consumer Healthy industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching brand strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and shopper teams to ensure a strong alignment between ATL and BLT for a best in class end-to-end execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance using key metrics and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Manage brand budgets and purchase orders and invoices.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, trade association.
