SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Business degree in marketing or similar
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience in leading & working within high performing teams
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constant changing and complex environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding & track record of delivering commercial outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B brand and portfolio management & experience within the Construction/Building Industry servicing the professional user, would be highly valued

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an ambitious Senior Brand Manager who is passionate about creating a positive impact on consumers lives and is eager to take complete ownership of their portfolio. As a member of our Selleys Sealing Marketing team in Padstow, you’ll have the opportunity to work with great people and market our large range of leading sealant products.
Reporting to our supportive and highly experienced Marketing Manager, Sealing and Bonding you will lead the development and implementation of profitable consumer driven marketing strategies and action plans for the Sealant portfolio that differentiates our products, delivers market share improvements and increases brand equity and health.
Primarily an Australian-focused role, this lead role requires experience in brand management, influencing, strategy development and ability to work collaboratively across functional teams. Leveraging your strong passion for marketing, you’ll be motivated by seeing products that you create on the shelves and being used every day by consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a cohesive, long term marketing strategy to deliver sales growth for the Sealant portfolio of brands whilst ensuring marketing plans and strategies align with cross-business and functional requirements
  • Develop and motivate functional partners and project teams to achieve brand objectives
  • Strategic coordination of the application of the marketing mix above and below the line including resource allocation and expenditure devoted to pricing, promotion, communication, distribution, product offer, processes and sales force direction for execution
  • Contributor to the Product Stewardship process and audit to ensure product stewardship principles apply to products and innovation as well as to internal processes and behaviours
