    We have an opportunity to appoint a Senior Brand Manager to join our Brand and Channels team based in our Sydney head office. This newly created position will contribute to the growth and fame of the Stockland Brand through governance, management and embedding of the brand strategy across the enterprise.
    In this role you will develop brand communications to enhance, strengthen and protect Stockland’s reputation, perception, and drive key brand KPIs across all stakeholder audiences. Additional to this you will play a pivotal role in developing strategies for new business/product verticals that align to enterprise business strategy, evolving the brand strategy to keep pace with business growth.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar subject
  • 10+ years experience in brand and campaign management
  • Experience managing brand strategy and governance within a complex, matrix organisation
  • Experience interpreting research and data and transform into driver models and actionable insights.
  • Experience achieving results through influencing and relationship skills
  • Experience managing and motivating agency partners
  • Strategic creativity to drive strategy to implementation and with a proven track record for developing high quality, on brand work.
  • Strong campaign development and implementation skills across the full media mix and through PESO media including website.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the development and implementation of brand strategy across the enterprise – developing frameworks, playbooks, toolkits to embed and govern the brand.
  • Supports strategy through brand advisory for new sectors aligning with endorsed brand architecture, naming conventions etc.
  • Drives and implements key brand strategies through key growth business and drivers of brand success.
  • Manages the development of brand customer creative campaign as required, ensuring campaigns are building value for the enterprise and individual asset verticals as well as reputation and salience with customers.
  • Collaborates with Insights team on Brand Research – Reputation, brand health and drives outcomes to leverage and strengthen the brand through marketing and, in collaboration with the Stakeholder Team, corporate communication. Supports the communication and impact of brand health on effective activity in market and in future planning.
  • Collaborates with Campaign team and Customer Strategy team to ensure customer communications and value proposition development for emerging sectors and assets are aligned to brand strategy.
  • Manages brand consultation for Stakeholder & Government Relations, ESG, Bids/Acquisitions, Investor Relations, People & Culture Initiatives, ensuring brand presence and identity is evident across all business touchpoints. Manages Corporate photography in consultation with Stakeholder and Investor Relations teams.
  • Leads development and implementation of enterprise creative strategy and enterprise customer communication (eg ESG, RAP and First Nations program, CARE Foundation). Contribute to the integration of ESG initiatives and relationships through marketing mix and programs.
  • Corporate/enterprise content partner, collaborating with the web team to build content and optimise web experience for stakeholders
