TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• You have knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including all server computer system technologies, network, security, Internet and mail technologies, and theory and principles of Windows and Linux, Unix operating systems, systems design and development
• You have knowledge of systems analysis and design methods and techniques to develop systems and methods for managing servers and web sites and to prepare systems for statistical and exception reporting
• You have knowledge of server and storage systems, networking, SAN, data backup and recovery, system/server monitoring, audit, and security system/applications
• You have knowledge of virtualized computing environments, including VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, and other technologies

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, test, implement and oversee IT systems
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within an organization’s IT infrastructure
• Review existing IT systems and internal processes
• Develop, implement, and apply policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of software products and information
