KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and maintain effective and consistent communication and collaboration between Asset,Lettings, Facilities and Property Management colleagues involved in the property maintenanceprocess, to maximise commercial performance and minimise risk to the portfolio.
  • Provide clear and professional technical advice relating to asset failure, compliance, tenantalterations, party wall, dilapidations, maintenance and re-letting works.
  • Assess and advise on renewal and re-letting requirements to appropriately inform future worksplanning.
  • Undertake asset condition inspections and produce site-specific renewal and re-letting proposals.
  • Project manage Renewal and Re-letting works, supported by internal and external specialistconsultants and cost managers as required.
  • Develop technical scopes of work for larger, complex projects. Appoint and oversee consultantdesigners.
  • Procure, instruct, and oversee delivery of works on site, keeping stakeholders informed on progress,managing through to completion and hand-back, safely within agreed time and cost.
  • Provide regular management reporting on progress and performance.
  • CDM Regulations – At appropriate points in the delivery process, undertake representative role ofClient, Designer and Principal Designer on behalf of The Arch Co in line with company standards.
