Description:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the West Kent Directorate Team, within the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. We are looking for an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Business Administrator to provide outstanding support to the Senior Management Team and wider Directorate.
The role is busy and varied working closely with the Directorate Management Team and beyond, the successful candidate will have previous experience as an Administrator, have excellent organisation skills, demonstrate good time management, a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office packages and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are required and the ability to liaise with staff at all levels and work effectively as part of a team.
You need to be a confident, innovative and motivated individual and an enthusiastic and competent Business Administrator, who is able to work to a high standard of accuracy, have excellent organisational skills and be able to work autonomously.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • To provide high-level business support to the Senior Management Team.
  • To work in conjunction with operational managers to ensure standardisation of administration practices across comparable services within the Directorate.
  • To work alongside operational managers to adapt existing systems and processes in line with new pathways and models of care.
  • To ensure continuous improvement of practices in response to service demand and need
