Description:
OVERVIEW
The Senior AP Analyst is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process and ensuring that the company’s financial obligations are met accurately and promptly. The role involves analyzing and capturing various accounting data, evaluating financial reports, and implementing procedures to maintain the integrity of financial records. The Senior AP Analyst will liaise with vendors, internal departments, and management to ensure timely and accurate payments. Additionally, the Sr AP Analyst will support Global Business Services (GBS) operational strategy and participation in the implementation of supporting technologies and systems.
OTHER DESIRED SKILLS:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex and big data sets.
- Excellent computer and Excel skills. Experience with Google Cloud Apps is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, PowerPivot, PowerBI or other data analytics software
