Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst supports the Manager Business Solutions in managing the Branch’s business processes and applications, including electronic registers of staff declarations, the Branch intranet site and data bases and reporting tools to support decision-making and compliance with statutory obligations.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Necessary expereince:

• Degree qualified in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading successful business analysis efforts within complex organizational environments.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in business process modelling, requirements elicitation, and solution design methodologies.
• Passion for driving innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational change through digital transformation.
