• The successful candidate will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on the TS2 platform and other peripheral systems
• Project: The Senior Business Analyst will work on various project phases, including initiation, concept, analysis, development, testing, and implementation, collaborating with business and technology partners and vendors
• Lead impact assessment and identify key stakeholders
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions
• Lead the Configuration system design of new and changed products
• Engage with Solutions Architect as required
• Document, review, submit, and validate all documentation
• Provide clarification of requirements and functionality to project team members
• Participate in the validation of testing output
• Properly document and track issues and resolutions
• Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained and changes are compliant with regulations
• Ability to manage large and complex projects spanning multiple system applications

Senior Business Analyst - Canadian Card Solutions - Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of related experience
• In-depth knowledge of TS2 system and other peripheral systems
• TS2 platform experience – configuration and changes
• Strong ability to solicit and gather business requirements
• Understanding of card issuance, replacement, and design attributes
• Good knowledge of regulatory compliance environment in Canada

Senior Business Analyst – Canadian Card Solutions – Preferred Skills

• Previous banking or financial institution experience
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience
• Solid business knowledge in Finance, Banking, Payments Industry
• Experience working with internal applications
