Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with good technical proficiency, business acumen, and an unyielding drive to excel. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between technology and business requirements, driving forward their digital transformation initiatives. Your primary focus will be on API integrations, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Experience with SalesForce is highly preferred, as you’ll be working within its ecosystem to optimise operations and drive innovation. A solid understanding of general insurance principles is essential for success in this role.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of APIs and integration methodologies.
- Proficiency in SalesForce is highly desired.
- Good understanding of general insurance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.
