  We are partnering with an IT Services Company based in Brisbane in search for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive knowledge and skills in analysis and developing financial business process models. In this role, you will be working with different client organisations to identify areas of improvement and model different business processes.
  Ideally, you have the capabilities to develop current state and future state financial business process models and documentation across people, processes, information, and technology for their clients in the mining, metals, and minerals industries, comprising Business Process Hierarchies, Value Chains, Organisational Charts, and BPMN-type swim lane diagrams through workshops with the client, review of Client process documentation, and on-going interaction with Client process leads and subject matter experts.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• 5+ years experience in financial systems process analysis and modelling
• Extensive experience in developing business process models
• Experience modeling financial processes
• Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0
• Working knowledge of business process modelling applications (e.g. MS Visio, ADONIS, Signavio, iServer, ARIS, and so forth) and methodologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and management skills

Highly desirable:

• Experience with mining, metal, or mineral industries
• Experience with MIRO
• Data visualization and data analysis experience
• BPMN Certification
• TOGAF Certification

This role begins with a 12-month contract, with a potential for extension.
