Adecco Middle East is hiring Senior Business Analyst - Product HCM( Human Capital management) for one of our reputed clients based in Dubai .
Job Type: 9 months extendable contract.
Job Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
Looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst to be based in Dubai . To be part of a team to support the existing business technology solutions. Be self-sufficient to develop new business technology solutions to address business requirements . Be capable to advise/train the business users on business technology solutions. This position is for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll and Compensation Management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Computer Science, Computer applications or related streams
  • Should be a strong techno functional consultant with minimum 5 years of working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
  • Minimum 5 years IT experience covering development, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications for large complex organisations.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts and HCM Fast Formula. Proven ability to translate and map business requirements to software systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets and other HR dashboards.
  • Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including report writing and presentation skills
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll and Compensation Management. Including support in Reports, Fast formula and HCM extracts.
