Requirement
Position: Senior Business Analyst – Implementation Stream
Location: Wallumattagal Campus

The Role The Role Our Student360 Program is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for assisting the implementation stream of the project to ensure that end-to-end project dependencies and timelines are managed. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and their interactions with technical systems. This role will report to the Implementation Stream Lead, Student360 and will play an important role in the implementation of a student enquiry CRM that will support students throughout their journey. The Student360 Foundation Project will deliver a student enquiry CRM (Salesforce) that will provide an end-to-end student engagement and service delivery. Key Duties for the role

  • Work with multiple stream leads to monitor project progress, in particular in relation to key inter-stream dependencies
  • Assist with the development and execution of a deployment plan including a checklist of all business and technical readiness activities
  • Raise project risks and issues as required and monitor their progress and resolutions
  • Assist other Stream Leads, as required, in order to remediate implementation blockers

• Act on behalf of the Implementation Stream Lead as required • Maintain accurate records of requirements, changes, and
decisions throughout the project lifecycle. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical

teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding between both parties.

  • Resolve conflicts by facilitating productive discussions. 1. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights,

supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Work with the project team and stakeholders to mitigate any issues or risks.

Essential Criteria
1. A Degree or equivalent experience in business, management or information management.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis, preferably in complex / large organisations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and
methodologies. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with
the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, work under pressure, work autonomously and meet deadlines.
7. Experience in Higher Education or salesforce implementations highly regarded.
8. Experience in Agile methodology practices highly regarded. 9. Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Project and
other Project Management tools
