Senior Business Analyst

ING Australia is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Mortgages team to define and execute on the requirements and solution needed to delivery Originations transformation.
The Senior Business Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a large-scale transformative program and be responsible for ensuring business requirements are clearly interpreted into language that is easily understood by both a business and technical audience.
On a day-to-day basis the candidate will drive workshops with stakeholders across the business, vendor and technology teams to capture and document requirements. The candidate is expected to be capable of analysing large amounts of information from different sources and condensing it into clear and succinct project delivery artefacts. These artefacts include, but not limited to Customer Journeys, Process Maps and User Stories, which will be used by the Delivery Squads to build the needed APIs, micro-services and other applications/systems.
