To strengthen our IT Business Relationship Management team we are seeking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to supports all corporate functions with their IT business needs. You are responsible for the management of the business requirements for demands and projects and are in a frequent contact with the stakeholders. • Leading stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and prioritize clear and aligned business requirements for both demands and projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate business needs
• Creating detailed business requirements documentation, such as functional specifications, user stories, use-cases and business processes mapping
• Working closely with architects to propose solutions for business requirements, ideas and problems in line with target architecture and roadmap
• Acting as focal point on business requirements specifications during design, build and test phases, as well as managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Assisting in quality assurance and testing processes as a key reviewer
• Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of IT projects and initiatives within Alpiq
