Description:

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for determining and implementing future requirements through the analysis and review of systems and processes, leading detailed design phases for complex projects; identifying where improvements and efficiencies can be gained and driving forward the requirements through to business case recommendation, in
line with strategic objectives and the approved Group Informatics portfolio of work.
The post-holder will lead a number of Business Analysts that provide an efficient, effective, high-quality, professional and co-ordinated service in line with strategic objectives and the approved Group Informatics Portfolio of work.
Responsible for delivering the review of systems and processes to guide technical and business strategy in support of Trust-wide business requirements
Developing requirements across a broad spectrum of specialties through the identification and evaluation of a range of options and supporting the delivery of business cases whilst taking into account scope, budget, timescales, benefits, risk and quality in support of the business need in cases that may have not previously undertaken
Development and application of robust approaches to Business Analysis techniques to achieve successful outcomes. These may include requirements gathering, designing operating models, technical solutions design, financial modelling, process re-engineering, market research, requirements gathering and specification development;
