Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on engagements with large government and enterprise clients. In this role, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications, driving successful project outcomes through effective communication, analysis, and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

• SFIA Level 5 Business Analyst with 5-10 years’ work experience in a Business Analysis capacity.
• Requirements gathering from a range of stakeholders across the business.
• Experience with Business Process Modelling (BPMN), and the development of Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and software requirements.
• A results-focused approach to delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent relationship management, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, together with an ability to communicate complex information to a range of audiences.
• Excellent knowledge of IT projects and delivery including an understanding of Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies, testing and assisting the business through implementation and go-live.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a track record of driving successful project outcomes.

• Gathering and documenting current and future requirements to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives.
• Providing expert advice and clear guidance for the development and implementation of solutions.
• Designing and implementing innovative business solutions that address client needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and manage backlogs, epics, features, and tasks, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery objectives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes to support and enhance project delivery.
• Sharing knowledge and valuable insights to make a positive impact on our clients’ teams and support their growth and development.
