REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• PMP or CITPM certifications.
• 10+ years of experience implementing enterprise level software applications.
• 5+ years project management experience with implementation of enterprise level software applications.
• PMP / CITPM / Agile/ Scrum certifications.
• Good working knowledge of agile, waterfall and hybrid development approaches.
• Experience in software development, in any technology, would be an added advantage.

• Lead and ensure successful delivery of assigned projects within agreed scope, on time, within allocated budget.
• Manager projects’ end-to-end lifecycle from requirement, design, development, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation.
• Drive pre-project activities such as estimation of project efforts, budgeting, preparation of high-level project plans and timeline, resource requirements and coordination of project teams, vendors.
• Demonstrate experience in business transformation, implementation and deployment of enterprise level systems.
• Excellent organization, time management, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate experience leading 3rd parties on a project.
• Demonstrate experience presenting at executive level Steering Committee meetings.
• Ability to work effectively with sales partners when requested to capture requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/ statement of work (SOW).
• Ability to deliver projects within the budget outlined in the SOW.
• Experienced project manager to ensure successful implementation of the project.
