Description:

Your new opportunityAs the Senior Business Analyst, you will identify, implement, and provide advice on business process management for QGIF’s core business systems. You will also undertake process analysis, identify issues and trends, prepare artefacts, liaise with stakeholders, formulate recommendations for business processes, system design and support business initiatives.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and implement improvements in current and future-state processes.- System Optimization: Manage and optimize QGIF Core application systems, ensuring business processes, technology solutions, and documentation are up-todate and efficient.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with system teams and QGIF staff to develop innovative solutions that enhance processes and add value to our services.- Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyse business requirements, exploring new ideas and viewpoints to create comprehensive documentation for system developers.- Project Management: Plan, scope, and contribute to system development activities, driving the delivery of new functionalities and enhancements.- Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and execute testing plans across platforms, ensuring business functionality, data integrity, and user satisfaction.- Effective Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders, interpreting and integrating their inputs.- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support to business areas, offering training and presentations to ensure optimal use of business systems.- Autonomous Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, using critical thinking and varied research methodologies to resolve issues.
What experience you will bring: - Experience with PPT and Business Framework.- Ability to streamline, reengineer, and analyse gaps.- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation for diverse stakeholders.- Experience facilitating and presenting workshops.- Expertise in designing business models using specialized tools.- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication.- Knowledge of Information Management and associated standards for government organizations.- Conceptual understanding or experience in knowledgebase development and change management.
Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, significant experience with MS Visio and BPMN 2.0 will be highly regarded.
