Description:

Senior Business Analyst (Integration)
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join a well-recognised health organization who is at the forefront of a digital transformation. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and conducting comprehensive assessments of both legacy and new applications, with a primary focus on integrations. You will proactively participate and lead components of establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the business analysis practice. Additionally, you will engage deeply in understanding technical/system aspects to solve business needs and problems, translating them into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of legacy and new applications, with a focus on integrations.
  • Performing in-depth analysis of integration patterns, data modeling, data transformation & enrichment processes.
  • Engaging in technical/system aspects to solve business needs and problems.
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Deep engagement in understanding the technical/system aspects to solve business needs and problems, then translating them into technical requirements.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, review, and mentoring to other Business Analysts to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (clinical & non-clinical) in order to identify a need of strategic or tactical importance and enable the organization to address that need.
  • Defining requirements baselines and providing detailed specifications for successful implementation.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • Business Management, Health informatics or similar Degree/Qualification
  • Familiarity with HL7 standards
  • Exposure to REST APIs, IT integration, and data integration
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • Proficiency in process and data mapping
  • Ability to deal with clinical stakeholders
