Our esteemed client is actively seeking a Principal Business Analyst to become an integral part of their dynamic team located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. This role presents a thrilling opportunity to play a significant role in the strategising and execution of a novel Human Capital and Payroll management system. The successful candidate will be pivotal in moulding future state process architecture and requirement governance activities across a multitude of areas including Payroll, Leave and Absence Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Movements & Terminations, Establishment and Position Management, and Time & Attendance.
Responsibilities:
As a Principal Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in revolutionising our client’s HR/Payroll systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in spearheading the analysis of business processes, synergising with business representatives, identifying gaps in existing processes, developing ‘to-be’ processes, governing requirements, producing detailed specifications for system configuration, and governing stakeholders. Your work will directly influence the success of the new Human Capital and Payroll management system.
Spearhead the analysis of business processes and user requirements
Synergise with business representatives to aid in architecting and documenting business processes and requirements
Analyse and evaluate the existing processes and identify gaps
Elicit and analyse current ‘as-is’ processes, comprehend new requirements and develop ‘to-be’ processes to meet business needs
Govern requirements including documentation, prioritisation and traceability
Produce detailed requirements specifications to support system configuration and design
Govern stakeholders effectively
