EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent experience

• Experience in requirement formulation, grooming and conducting workshops

• Experience in writing high impact documents and presentations
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in the English language
• Familiarity with agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Ability to work in an international, virtual team and act as “team player”
• Experience with SAP Sales processes , Quote to Cash will be a plus

TEAM, PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

IES Sales Solutions -Public Cloud is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP’s core Sales business processes for Public Cloud. Here we act as the Business’ trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification of business processes based on a user-centric approach. Do you enjoy working on meaningful projects? You will design and implement solutions for sales processes using SAP’s latest Cloud and Platform technologies that boost SAP’s sales and revenue. SAP’s account executives are your main persona and customer. Your work has a direct impact to SAP’s top line growth.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Work with Business Engagement and Product Owners to define new features, prepare solution delivery roadmaps and clarify functional questions.

• Work on Sales Process simplification and Redesign and analyse Impact on downstream order and provisioning processes

• Document end to end process flow in MS Powerpoint, Word and/or LeanIX
• Work with Quality assurance teams to Validate features in terms of Functionality, User experience and Performance
• Work on Cloud transformation topics as technical/functional expert
• Propose continuous optimizations of processes
• Drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability, maintainability
• Applying DevOps mindset to take operational responsibility for the provided solutions
