Senior Business Analyst

Stealth Monitoring is looking for talented individuals like you! Be the next Senior Business Analyst!
As a successful Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of our IT Development department. The position will work alongside other Business Systems Analysts and report to the Manager of Business Systems.
The core functions are to help establish processes and/or systems to support the business, collect and create detailed requirements, and communicate across the organization. To succeed in this role the candidate must be an analytical thinker, provide details to development, assist the application delivery, and be able to explain concepts to non-technical users.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Physics or equivalent.
• Experience writing detailed functional business requirements.
• Align business process with technology solutions.
• Experienced on large-scale organizational change initiatives while working closely with senior leaders.
• Practical experience working in an agile development environment.
• Experience following agile principles using Scrum or other agile frameworks.
• Experience with illustrating ideas using wireframes, storyboards, and process flows.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure software and DBs.
• Experience writing MS SQL queries and data analysis.
• Experience with Sales Force and NetSuite is a plus.
• Understanding of technical architecture and design is a plus .

• Clarifying business ideas and needs.
• Perform technology needs, research, and analysis.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and project team.
• Assist in defining tasks and features for the development team to fulfill requirements and bug fixes.
• Assist the team in developing and scoping backlog items and/or tasks for sprints.
• Coordinate with users to test application changes before and after deployment.
• Help standardize the requirements and documentation process.
