ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a Senior e2e Business Analyst role reporting to the Head of Remediation. You’ll drive impactful change by designing and refining remediation processes for critical business issues. Your role will involve cross-functional coordination and a focus on customer service, risk management, and process efficiency.

DUTIES

• Drive business analysis to document requirements and facilitate process design.
• Support the Remediation Project Manager with relevant business analysis for process improvement.
• Develop deep understanding of pain points and areas for opportunity.
• Conduct analysis of remediation data sets and present insights.
• Support planning, testing, and change management.
• Contribute to Agile Communities of Practice and foster continual improvement.
