  Advance Thinking is a boutique consultancy renowned for its A-grade contractors and client network.
  We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a pivotal role focusing on system integration and process improvement with our Agribusiness client.
  Contract Duration: 6 months, with immediate start and potential for ongoing work across other projects.
  This six-month contract role involves working closely with an external vendor, to implement a new collections management system—transitioning from manual spreadsheet-based processes to an automated, efficient system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience with a focus on process mapping and system implementation projects.
• Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; formal BA qualifications is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing projects from requirements definition through to testing.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently without direct supervision.
  Work Location and Style: This position is based in Docklands, Melbourne, offering a hybrid work arrangement (min. 3 days in office) to foster collaboration and flexibility.
