Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • The Business Analyst shall provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments. Expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.
  • The Business Analyst must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant discipline, with at least 5 years of current experience (with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Analysis: Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the organization. Conduct a thorough analysis of existing workflows, systems, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data from various sources to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making processes. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and meaningful way to stakeholders.
  • Project Management Support: Provide support to project managers in planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Track project progress, identify risks, and facilitate resolution of issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure alignment of business objectives with technical solutions. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and solicit feedback.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop test plans and test cases to validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Collaborate with testing teams to conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. Identify and resolve issues through thorough analysis and troubleshooting.
