Responsibilities:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) to join our established practice to support the delivery of projects, delivered through our Strategic Change Office.
The Business Analyst will take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisational change. The role will be responsible for undertaking assignments across project and/or service functions as required.
Our BA’s regularly interact with a diverse range of stakeholders across the University and work across a range of projects, including those for our Cultural Institutions, Professional Services and our student and research communities.
The role includes collaborating with our large team of BA’s, including leading activities to continually improve our service offering.
Expected to take on and be responsible for the supervision, motivation, technical direction, development, training and mentoring of assigned staff.
