We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our project management team on a regulatory project

Responsibilities:

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:

  • Ensures creation and signoff of project plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.
  • Ensures project plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents.
  • Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, understand the project schedule and key milestones and receive schedule status regularly.
  • Ensures funding has been approved for the project.
  • Ensures all areas of the project are appropriately staffed.
  • Ensures program commitment from those assigning resources.
  • Escalates project risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
  • Exercises shared responsibility for budget, policy formulation and planning.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the client, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
