About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the review of clinical systems across VMCH.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and managing the review process, engaging and communicating with stakeholders across VMCH, collecting and analysing the data, designing and proposing solutions, and preparing and presenting the recommendation report.
About you

Responsibilities:

A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
At least five years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in various tools and techniques, such as BPMN, UML, Agile, Scrum, and Jira.
A willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies and adapt to changing environments.
Additionally, a certification in business analysis, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA-AAC, would be highly regarded, as would experience within the Aged Care sector.
