HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As Business Change Manager, you will work on ensuring that we succeed in the roll-out and implementation of IT solutions ensuring business adaption. You do so by analyzing how changes will affect our business and identifying, involving, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enable the changes needed. Thus, your focus is on communicating to and involving the business. And as such, we rely heavily on your ability to inspire, prepare, and mobilize the organization for the changes to come. You will be working in specific teams as well as having a strategic view on change management in the two Agile Release Trains. Specific tasks and responsibilities include:’
- Create stakeholder mappings and manage communication to different levels of stakeholders
- Produce communication material and maintain SharePoint page
- Prepare and facilitate training sessions
- Analyze and assess the scope for change at the project/epic level
- Work closely with the Release Train Management to ensure coordinated efforts
- Participate in Arla IT’s Business Change Management Communities
We work according to the Agile Principles using the SAFe Framework. The self-governed teams are responsible for designing, building, and delivering full solutions that include IT systems, business process improvements, and organizational implementation effort. Some travel (5-10 days a year) are expected mainly between Gdansk (Poland) and Viby (Denmark).
