POSITION

We are looking for an experienced, engaged and ambitious Senior Business Controller / Financial Planning (all genders) E-Commerce to join a fast growing organization with a dynamic, fastmoving management team.

Tasks

  • Take ownership of the financial controlling and financial steering of a business unit
  • Challenge the status quo, drive performance and insight
  • Improve and monitor KPI’s (E-Commerce) for steering the business
  • Modeling of scenarios and long-term planning; budgeting together with BU
  • Control and continuous improvement of the monthly closing, the forecast and the yearly budget planning process
  • Deviation Analysis and commenting as well as deriving recommendations for action
  • Present and challenge in BU Management meetings
  • Consulting of internal stakeholders
  • Be part in cross-departmental projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in Business Controlling of an E-Commerce company highly appreciated
  • Growth mindset, experience in hyper scaling, hands-on mentality, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
  • Good presentation skills und ability to create spot-on / actionable presentations
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge with ERP systems would be appreciated (SAP, Navision)
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
