SENIOR BUSINESS CONTROLLER SALES – OUT OF HOME

YOUR PROFILE
For this role we are looking for someone who is eager to work in a highly complex financial environment where your personal development will be stretched continuously at the heart of the commercial organization of HEINEKEN Netherlands. You are able to balance understanding the details behind our financial performance drivers while overseeing the complete picture and translating this into actionable advice towards business stakeholders.
Also, the ideal candidate has:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in business control in a complex and turbulent environment;
- Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders;
- A finalized WO/Master study in business economics;
- Analytical skills with eye for detail as well as having a helicopter view;
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems and applications (Excel/PowerBI/SAP);
- In depth knowledge on Reporting & Accounting (balance sheet/P&L understanding);
- You work with the open attitude that there’s always room for improvement
- Excellent presentation skills (Ability to make the complex sound easy)
- Proficiency in Dutch and English

Responsibilities:
As Senior Business Controller Sales – Out of Home you are functionally leading a team of three sales controllers in order to ensure we support the Out of Home sales teams in the Netherlands in the most optimal way to balance volume and value growth in both the short- and long-term.
As senior business partner you deliver value by:
- Monitoring overall business performance of Out of Home and providing timely insights to the National Sales manager and Regional Sales managers;
- Driving the gross profit understanding in the organization, thereby influencing financial design related to deal making processes;
- Shaping and delivering on the strategy for loans provided to our customers;
- Leading and improving the Global governance cycle in Out of Home including monthly period end closes, Annual Planning, Rolling Forecasts and Strategic planning;
- Improving the ROI of our commercial spend;
- Supporting the development of our three Sales Controllers
