Description:
The Senior Business Developer will oversee all aspects of the business development process and lead the development and growth of profitable new business and develop and maintain key business relationships in diverse markets. The role will interact closely with external stakeholders and manage the internal stakeholders from project initiation to commercial approval through the execution of project management tools/skill set.
REQUIREMENTS
- BA or BCom qualification in Economics, Engineering, Business Management or Sales & Marketing
- 6+ years successful leadership experience driving business development teams to develop and secure multi-million-rand energy efficiency and renewable energy, or related, projects.
- Demonstrated business development and relationship management skills with ability to identify needs and effectively communicate, position, negotiate and close solutions sales.
- Competitor and market analysis skills.
- Experience in sourcing, managing, and implementing new business opportunities.
