Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Drive the acquisition of new business at a National level for Aramex Australia aligned to the national sales plans and targets. This role focuses on finding new large business, and the retention of our existing portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop and achieve sales plans in collaboration with the wider Sales Team in Oceania
- Build a pipeline of growth opportunities for the business, including but not limited to domestic courier, international courier, and freight
- Utilise advanced sales, communications, and business skills to position appropriate solutions, overcome objections/resistance and close the sale
- Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting and winning new revenue-generating relationships
- Work closely with key departments in the set up and onboarding of new customers, including but not limited to Integrations, Administration, Credit, Operations
- Ensure customer onboarding is aligned with business policies and procedures
- Undertake analysis, identify trends and opportunities for the business, and complete regular reporting of results and activity which relates to new business and Salesforce management
