We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager with a passion for AI and digitalization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our strategy in regards of growth and operational excellence, forging key partnerships, and expanding our footprint in the cash cycle. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of Digital Analytics and AI technologies, we want to hear from you!

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (> 10 years) in business development, sales, consulting or related roles in the AI and digitalization industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, digital transformation trends, and their applications across various industries.
  • You are strong in analyzing customers, competitors, and markets and have a very good understanding of business administration as well as practical experience in creating business cases.
  • When conceptualizing and implementing your ideas, you act confidently and with entrepreneurial awareness
  • In your communication, you are convincing and assertive; you master the English language proficiently for negotiations. You enjoy networking and skillfully establish contacts with potential customers and governmental partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in AI and digitalization sectors.
  • Identify and evaluate internal and external use cases for digitalization and AI including cost-benefit analysis.
  • Screen the market for new business opportunities and calculate business cases / make-or-buy evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the sales as well as the strategic portfolio development team to align offerings with market needs and trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify market gaps and opportunities and participate in Hackathons / industry fairs to stay on top of the topics.
