Senior Business Development Manager

KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong knowledge of OEMs from Medical or Healthcare Devices industries (outside China).
• Good knowledge of EMS or CDMO range of services.
• Good knowledge of electronics and mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge in market and industry dynamics.
• Working knowledge in legal contracts like Manufacturing Service Agreement.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (strong presentation skills).
• Good spoken and written skills in Mandarin.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years in the medical device industry with a combination of experiences in sales, marketing, business development.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/mechanical engineering, preferably with qualification in Business Administration as well.

• Search and secure new leads from the medical devices’ OEMs, preferrable from USA, Europe, and Australia.
• Strategize business development plans for CDMO services.
• Presentation of Company’s services to potential customers.
• Co-work with Program Management team to generate competitive proposals and secure the business through effective negotiations.
• Build up strong business case, market, and industry sizing.
• Attends conferences, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
